Flat rates on common jobs. Hourly for everything else — you'll always know the price before we start.

Carb Service — Small Equipment
$40
Weed eaters, blowers, push mowers, handheld. Per carb.
Carb Service — Large Equipment
$80
Riders, zero turns, ATVs/UTVs, larger OPE. Per carb.
Basic Tune-Up
$80
Mower tune-up — spark plug, air filter, oil, blade inspection.
Weed Eater Service
$65
Full service — fuel system, carb clean, spark plug, filter.
Oil Change
$15 + oil & filter
Labor only. Oil and filter cost added at cost + markup.
Blade Sharpening
$10
Per blade. Drop off and pick up same day when possible.
Small Engine Labor
$75/hr
Mowers, weed eaters, ATVs, UTVs, OPE, and all small engine equipment.
Vehicle Labor
$100/hr
Cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Diagnosis, belts, drives, electrical, and more.
Diagnostic — Small Engine

Diagnostic — Vehicle

Cars, trucks, and motorcycles. One hour minimum.
Winter Storage Prep — Basic
$45
Drain ethanol fuel, refill with non-ethanol + stabilizer. Protect your carb from a spring rebuild.
Winter Storage Prep — Full

Everything in Basic plus fresh oil change and a once-over. Drop it off ready to store, pick it up ready to run.

Built on 15 Years of Wanting This

Deering's Garage is a solo, part-time small engine and auto repair shop in the Sherman, TX area. I've been wrenching on equipment my whole life — this shop is me finally making it official.

You won't get handed off to a tech you've never met. Every job comes through me, and I'll always tell you honestly whether a repair is worth the cost.

All repairs carry a Deering's Garage labor warranty. If something I fixed stops working, bring it back.
